Why Third Eye Leadership

Leadership Is How Individuals and Organizations Accomplish Extraordinary Things

Potential. It's a frightening word. At once filled with hope and possibility.
Yet at the same time speaking to promise unfulfilled.

Third Eye Leadership. Much more than off-the-shelf.

Leadership takes that promise and transforms it — through action — into tangible accomplishments. Third Eye Leadership unleashes the leadership potential in your organization so your vision becomes reality. Our mission is to inspire organizational strength and bottom-line results through courage and vision. We believe in earning the enduring good will of our clients, and we deliver on our commitments to help your organization succeed.

You'll get much more than “off-the-shelf” training at Third Eye. We are passionate about leadership and believe in more than simply a philosophical approach. We provide a research-based, behavioral approach to leadership, one that asserts that leadership is learned and that anyone can be a leader if they choose. We base our services on the proven concepts and over 25 years of research conducted by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, authors of The Leadership Challenge* and creators of The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)® 360-Degree Assessment. Building on this research, we offer the richest resources available to transform the leadership culture of your organization.

Each experience is uniquely customized to the individual challenges and strategic results required by your business, as well as the developmental needs of your leaders. The Leadership Practices Inventory®, an in-depth assessment of 30 leadership behaviors, is integrated into coaching before the workshop to leverage learning to the fullest. It also serves as a detailed guide for follow-up development for each leader based on their strengths and areas for development.

Third Eye Leadership Managing Partners, Jo Bell and Renee Harness, are contributors to the research compiled by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, and their research has been published in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions of The Leadership Challenge. They are active leaders in the Master Facilitator Network for The Leadership Challenge, and also contribute to The Leadership Challenge Newsletter and Website, The Leadership Challenge Forum, and are creators of the The Leadership Practices Inventory Action Cards and Activities (published by Wiley Publishing).
